Maths Mega Final Sample Papers.

      1.       There is a 2 digit prime number, whose individual digits are also prime numbers; when the digits are interchanged, the new number is still a prime number. Find the sum of the two prime numbers.
      2.       A bucket is ¾th full. 5 litres of water is drained out. It is now ¾ th empty. What is the capacity of the bucket?
      3.       How many keystrokes will be required to type all 2 digit prime numbers in your computer?
      4.       There are four numbers, 2, 5, 7, 0. How many 4 digit even numbers are possible using these four numbers?
      5.       A monkey climbs 5 feet on a pole and slips back 2 feet every second. The pole is 59 feet in height. How many seconds would the monkey take to climb the pole?
      6.       The square of 12 is 144. If the digits are interchanged, then the square also gets interchanged, thus 212 = 441. Can you suggest any other 2 digit number, where you can observe the same result?
      7.       A rectangle has an area of 196 cm2. For what measure of sides will the rectangle have maximum perimeter?
      8.       In the month of March, Thursday and Saturday occur 5 times. What is the day on 15th of March?
      9.       A geometrical figure is rotated clockwise by 30 degrees, then anticlockwise by 60 degrees and then finally anticlockwise by 240 degrees. How much has figure rotated clockwise finally from its initial position?
    10.   If V = U + AT, and V= 5, U = 2 and A = 1.5. Then what is the Value of T?
    11.   Nanu says, that with the money she has in her purse, she can make a perfect bundle with the following denominations,  Rs 20, or Rs 50 or Rs 500. What is the minimum amount that Nanu has in her purse?
    12.   In a window, there are 12 horizontal iron grills, each at a distance of 100 cms. That is the height of the window?
    13.   Which is the greatest fraction, 12/23, 15/31, 9/19, 17/29?
    14.   Solve: 8÷4x2+2x4÷8
    15.   If “a” is a factor of “b”, then what is the other factor?
