Interior angles of triangle (STD VI, STD. VII)

Geometry, triangle (STD. VI / STD. VII)

In a triangle, the interior angles are in the ratio, thus:
2A = 3B = 6C.
Find the angles of the triangle.

Answer
Let, 2A = 3B = 6C = K, say
So, A = K/2, B = K/3 and C = K/6
Since interior angles of a triangle is 180o.
So , K/2 + K/3 + K/6 =180o
This implies, K = 180o

Therefore, A= K/2 = 90o, B = K/3 = 60o and C = K/6 = 30o
